We’re committed to protecting the environment and we strive to continually improve our environmental performance. We make all staff and contractors aware of our Environmental Policy and we involve them in helping implement it
Our Environment Policy covers off the impact of every aspect of our operations, including:
- using paper and energy efficiently to minimise consumption
- re-use and recycling to reduce waste – and disposing of waste responsibly
- wherever possible using materials with less environmental impact
- complying with legislation / regulations that apply to our manufacturing process - from production to delivery
- adhering to industry codes of practice and national standards/guidelines
- using a documented Environmental Management System - and working to continually improve our performance
- using safe operating procedures to minimise environmental health and safety risks to staff.
